Look man, these writers have a ton of experience covering politics going back a whole 8 years! They even occasionally vote sometimes.

He’s now the “outsider” candidate this go around. That was mostly the appeal of Sanders in 2016 despite the fact that he’d been in government longer than anyone else in the 2016 race.
