Even better, the right to bear arms does not apply like it does to white folks either. People read, “right to bear arms” and stop there, missing the entire section on a well-regulated militia. According to the constitution, every asshole doesn’t have the right to have a gun.
I don’t know where exactly this might have started, but that won’t matter too much out there. There’s tons of areas you just go off down a dirt road and go camping out in the hills. Any asshole can go start a campfire outside of a public camping space.

My wife is from a neighboring town so we’ve been following this. The speed at which this fire completely wiped out this town is staggering. It got to one building then the whole town went up.
