Well that sounds just awful.
Well that sounds just awful.
I had some asshole’s tarp fly off the back of his pickup and caught me around the neck on the highway. Almost ripped me off the bike. Code Brown as I couldn’t see for a couple seconds. Glad the drivers around me were paying attention and gave me space to slow and get it off me.
Thanks! You might see it prowling around Poway in the mornings, as it handles the school runs. We’re looking to move down there this summer and we have both kids in school there now.
Hey Garrett - Are you in/near San Diego? Noticed the stop in Julian in your Instagram. I’m down in Escondido with my lame, road-going B8 Avant.
Yeah... no. There were plenty of opportunities for the freeway jump to go wrong. One of several things could have gone wrong and the motorcycle could have come down into traffic. Fuck him.
I see no reason to dyno this car, since it will never have traction and it will never race anything.
Been there. Done that.
Ours would beg to differ. Lasted a few races with no problems, then we seemed to have issue after issue after the first rebuild. Hoping the last one is solid, as almost all the sensors have been replaced as well.
Rebuilt, but yup, still a stock M42.
If you’re looking for good news, our 318is made it two days to give us a personal best at LeMons (25th!).
I ran the Thunderhill 25 many years ago. Not sure I’ll ever do that again.*
1. This happens everywhere. I’m sure you can put together a compilation like this from any country.
Yes, it would be easy to get this collection together from the US as well.
And maybe everybody else.
Agreed. Same for the BMW M cars. Used to be a subtle change from the base models. Now there’s fins and vents all over the place.
Just slap a TurboSpoke on there and you’re ready to rock.
When I was new to SoCal, work wanted me to go to Ontario 3 days a week for 4 months to work on a project with a partner.
When we started dating my wife had a ‘94 Integra. I don’t have a problem with Integras, just this one.
