Sometimes I miss my 944... then I remember how many times the engine blew up.

This is true. You won’t find solder (outside any of the PCBs) on a professional race car. Though you won’t find any butt crimps either. One wire from connector to connector, crimped onto the pin.

Protip: Crimps (when done properly) are stronger than solder connections.

This is why I like double-axle trailers :)

The “Now Everyone Can Fly” tagline wasn’t supposed to mean that any idiot could actually fly the plane.

Neat!

We shall see. It’s a tough market for used “toy” cars in that range.

Why get an Elise when you can get an Exige S?

People might think this is an excessive parallel, but driving without paying attention is not much better than waving around a loaded gun. You might be able to get away with not hurting anybody a few times, but at some point you might kill somebody.

Sorry, the announcer messed me up. I was referring to the yellow car that hit the Corvette.

The yellow #12 car is a Camaro.

My thought exactly. He just rolls back on!

Yup, and all the times I’ve been through there, haven’t seen one truck off in the traps. I’m sure it happens a decent amount, though.

Super fun work on the M5. I was getting a code for the temp sensor and the water pump had a slight leak so $800 in parts later... new water pump, sensors, thermostat, and assorted gaskets/o-rings.

Bad Tesla. Even still! Remember that until these things are perfect, the person in the driver’s seat should watch out for such things.

Torch - Photoshop sucks at rotating text and keeping it all lined up properly. That’s why this looks all wavy.

+1 star for the Futurama reference

Yeah, the Turbo 400 isn’t known for being a great automatic either.
