Wow those tires look like rubber bands.  In my experience regular ol’ BMW’s eat tires due to a lot of negative camber and staggered tire sizes (can’t rotate).  I imagine with the power this puts out, the super low profile of the tires, and the weight of the vehicle this is going to go through some tires.

Your post has brightened up my morning so much. I don’t even know why -- those taillights on those vehicles are just so charming.

The obvious example: Lotus. We’re talking parts from different companies, not parts from within the same company just a different brand..

Evora, Exige, Elise, Emira...

Biden now weaponized the DOT? Disgraceful. This calls for a congressional oversight hearing to get to the bottom of this. Joey Salads never would have let this happen.

Definitely the 08-10 Superduty 6.4 Powerstroke.

Neutral: No one deserves anything.

At this point, Jalop writers are probably leaving errors in to reassure us they aren’t generative AI. As opposed to before, when they just weren’t being paid enough to care.

Clearly nobody here remembers the Yugo.

Sounds like Elon could have built four Hubbles and made a better use of the money compared to buying Twitter.

It really shouldn’t be hard to flip a Land Cruiser in today’s world.

My flying experience is limited to pilot youtubers and flight sims, but my first guess would be that the plane exceeded its max speed on the descent and broke apart.

Vne on one of these is 125 knots, it is not an aerobatic aircraft

Accidents from maintenance issues are not all that common, the big issue is the pilot, they may not have enough experience or not have flown enough recently and then there is the poor decision making with regards to weather and their own skill levels. As this one broke apart in flight I would suspect that the guy went

The photo is not of a V35. The plane that crashed was a 1966 V-tail Bonanza.

What’s crazy to me is they could have claimed that the Cybertruck can do a 13s quarter mile while towing a car and that would still be extremely impressive. But it’s on-brand for them to cherry pick numbers and misrepresent what their products can actually do.

Wow, no mention at all of Ip Man. Ovy needs to watch that series of movies with Donnie Yen.

Hell yeah it has a turbo.

Because unfettered capitalism exists only to boost the bottom line of the companies we want it to.

I don’t think there’s really much consumer value in robotaxis. All it’s doing is saving the company managing them overhead on paying employees (savings which I’m sure would only be passed onto consumers long enough to drive competitors out of business before jacking the rates up so the shareholders don’t suffer). But

I came here to provide Memphis content if any hadn’t been yet. I am not disappointed. You could set up a lawn chair at Shelby and Lamar and spot two dozen like these or worse an hour.
