How many thousands of times did I see this animation as a kid? But only just now did I realize that the hydrant is trying to keep itself from getting peed on.

I've been griping ever since you guys got rid of the star system. This is great news. Gawker sites used to have the most readable comments on the Internet.

Jesse Moynihan has one of the most genuinely original, completely fucking weird, totally unmistakeable artistic sensibilities I've ever encountered. His online comics (e.g. Forming and George Washington Carver at jessemoynihan.com) are well worth the time.

1. Sharing anything about your new PC with other people who build PCs.

Yeah, Chrono Trigger, damn. Don't make me choose one or the other.

Doesn't seem right to give AoT credit for completing its run when it didn't even finish a damn story arc. It was, in that way, a great representative of one of the most irritating trends in contemporary anime.

Flavor is the least of the logical problems with that claim.

Yeah, Tekkon Kinkreet came immediately to mind. Besides that, the only anime I've seen that look remotely reminiscent of this have been "serious" productions like Ghost in the Shell, which themselves don't lean too heavily on anime's visual tropes.

Yeah, it's not gonna change your life... except, yes, it might change your life.

Ok, fine. I'll finally finish Earthbound after all these years. This week, I promise. I love all those other old, nostalgic RPG's: Zelda LttP, FF VI, Chrono Trigger, Terranigma, etc. But I could never get far enough in Earthbound to even see a plot. I think I put many dozens of hours into it— literal days of

The bike share here in Denver seems very popular, but the riders are super obnoxious, and I imagine in a far more congested city like NYC "amateur hour" is going to be a real problem. Look forward to helmetless drunks cruising slowly down the middle of the street every pleasant evening.

I remember Midnight Wanderers! I've been trying to remember what that game was called ever since. It was the first game I'd ever played where instead of moving in a fixed, predictable pattern, the first boss I encountered followed me around the screen. That freaked me out so bad I still remember it after playing

It says the same in Play, but I'm sure that's supposed to be Droid 4, not Droid 3.

X-2 was actually the most fun to play, I thought. The occasional pop star sequence was a little corny, but overall I loved it, and I've replayed it more than any other FF. VI is my overall favorite, though.

My commute these days is about 32 minutes by bicycle. Getting out the door much earlier than I need to is the main key to a stress-free commute for me, whether I'm driving 30 miles down the traffic jammed highway to the next city, or riding my bike 10 miles down the trail to the other side of this one.

Is there not supposed to be a voting box somewhere? I don't see it. I'm voting for Winamp, though I'll have to check out MusicBee. I had high hopes for Songbird, but it seems to be dead in the water. Not that I've seen an update to Winamp in ages...

VOTE: Winamp

Totally agree.

Same here, about 15 years. It's indestructible, has elastic built in, and fits in a pocket far better than an Altoid box.
