A little off the topic of commerce and the Merchant, but all the reminiscing has put me in the mood.

What a fantastic game.

I think it at least yields more interesting answers than the supervillain question. Or I'm a weirdo who's really interested in what other people eat.

Is this unpopular? I think Sam's Town is incredible.

I really want this to be the real Bearded Garret Dillahunt.

Run Away With Me is such a great song. I don't even have the words for it.

Did you mean to reply to someone else? I wasn't judging or demanding rationalization from anyone who felt differently.

Dear Esther provokes such an incendiary response with people. I thought it was lovely and haunting.

I didn't really like it either. I understood what it was trying to do, but… something wasn't connecting for me. The acting? The characters? It felt like it varied wildly between two very different tones and couldn't find an effective middle ground.

It's been 10 years and I still can't believe how bad Land of the Dead was.

Just don't look up.

Is this relevant to the conversation, at all?

I really hated how the main "hub" of the series was that damn living room for the last two seasons. It made the show and the cast seem unappealingly detached and isolated.

Buffy season 7 had a few bright spots, but overall I'd say its reception was warranted.

4 and Shattered Memories are both extremely underrated and under-appreciated.

The Batman: Brave and the Bold version of Aquaman should be the definitive version, if you ask me. I would have watched a spinoff devoted entirely to Aquaman annoying The Atom.

Excellent.

That Jaws 3 scene is one of the best things ever.

Batwoman was such a gorgeous book, my god - the compositions and colors alone.

I'm so glad Superman: Birthright got a shoutout. It's an absolutely beautiful book and I love love love Yu's solid, handsome art style. And also Clark wrestles with a lion at one point and it's very cute.
