2.0T is actually a decently quick motor, feels a lot like a early 2010s V6.
2.7T would be ridiculous in this car. That engine is decently quick in the F-150 for crying out loud. Would be massive overkill for this car.

Insurance will absolutely be insane unless the demographic gets really responsible in the coming years.
Mazda6 might ride on the Volvo D6 platform that a lot of full size Fords used at the time.
Isn’t the plaid 140?
They’re also not asking $150k, which i think is the point
Dude you’re a regular here, how in the world do you not know the difference between the two.
Cheap and reliable for the warranty period. I had an Outlander Sport as a rental for a month, perfectly good ‘car’. Probably a great car for a first time driver or someone who needs a vehicle but doesn’t have the cash for used.
Yup. I get a blip shift shirt every few months or when a good design catches my eye. Good quality shirt for $15 and the designs are great.
You’re near corpus right? Some kid had one for sale for $6.5k for like a month last summer. Tried so damn hard to get him to sell it to me, had a hardtop too!
Jalopnik doesn’t really seem to get press cars any more. They haven’t been on good terms with GM for years and now they’re not a big player anymore, no reason to send them cars.
but towing is a lot tougher task on both driver and vehicle than simply driving.
Huge Mazda fanboy and I thought my 6MT Mazda3 was boring with a horrendous clutch/transmission tuning. Blegh.
How many miles? That’s weird, my experience with these trucks at work have been very positive.
I think I had churned through 4-5 daily drivers by the time I got to senior year of high school.
1.5T and 2.0T engines in the Accord just won’t be as long lasting as the ancient NA engines in the Toyota. I’m sure they’re fine now, but a 2020 Accord sounds like a nightmare to own in 20 years whereas a Camry will be chugging along just fine.
Oooo, good debate time.
I browse r/teslamotors and r/cybertruck often — they really aren’t anymore. FSD is considered a waste of money. Most users recommend using the money upgrading to a higher trim or just saving it. SOME people buy into the robotaxi garbage, but they seem to have gone into hiding as of late.
So that’s good news, I guess.…
I’m a FordMan™ but damn if that isn’t a great looking truck. Buddy had a blue one with a Cummins. Interior was trash but motor was great.
One of my favorite books. Need to re-read. The story of how the Aztec happened was fun.
Not happening this year. The plant where it’s supposed to be built is 8-12 months from being done, and that’s being generous.
