 It's definitely a tax credit for the mid to upper class.  You have to make enough to take full advantage of it.  It's not like they give you the difference if you only pay 3,000 in taxes each year.   I'm pretty sure you have to be making 50k plus to be close to taking full advantage and get everything back.

There is hope my friend.  I recently got one back up and running after a year long fix.   2/4 is not really that bad.
