I live in San Antonio and can tell you the faux rich live in that area. They get targeted because they are fancy ass condo apartments with not a whole lot of private parking.

It's funny that they now look like the cheep Chinese knockoffs that were being made a few years ago.

If anything the 22 caused a spike in 21 sales. I know I was looking, but I was way to late. Now that the Gr Corolla is coming out it’s a done deal for me. The 22 wrx can die a slow fading plastic death, all alone unsold and unloved.

I’ve done lots of dumb stuff to cars, but it’s always because I’m rushing. Striping a bolt, cross threading a forced bolt all rushed mistakes. Even with that being said, breaking old plastic mounts and electrical connectors get the biggest amount of swearing. Screw Toyota and not making plastic connectors that can

Jalopnik detective number one on the case.   You should have all the stars.

Nah, but I have a 92 Celica alltrac and am a Toyota fan boy.

Look, they can comeback and race but we must pass a law that all models that run a rally must be sold to the American public. I can’t take not being able to get a gr Yaris.

The story is actually pretty cool and does dig in to the myth, but it’s a kernel I choose to hold true all while now knowing the more likely story.

You have your story and I’ll have mine. I know in my heart I’ll strip the paint off my car and save 23 lbs and find that extra half a second that secures me a world championship. I’ll also continue to believe my car gains an extra horsepower when I wash it.

I forget to log on for a couple of days and this is what I get? This is terrible news, I don’t accept it. La la la la la sob.

I doubt prices will drop much even with high interest rates. The industry is under going consolidation under huge auto groups. The independent dealer that could give you a discount because the car has been on the lot to long seem to be dying. The huge auto groups are setting artificial price floors and everyone loses.

Yes it is speculation, but they are buying up cars that people want and their is always someone willing to pay.

Doesn't seem like Cota is doing it this year.  Bummer.

It’s cool, we all know that those fans don’t have much else to do but wait for death or a Corvette. What else are they supposed to do in retirement?

I’m thinking the us gp jumped the shark this year. I’ve been since 2016 and each year it added something cool like the concerts, but its gone full scale parking lot carnival mode and that cilp is the proof.

He loves the great country of Austin.

Welcome to F1 2022 where the cars are three lanes wide and passing doesn’t matter.

They aren’t wrong in this shift in the market. I deal with some small business owners that have “work trucks” that are lifted to the sky and have every package available. They are never used for work, but don’t tell the government that, the small business owner needs that tax write off.

It’s cool that he is really taking it to heart and keeps pushing for more diversity. The real question should be is he a Final Fantasy hero, or boss? His crew does look very ff and I can see them rolling up in the Regalia.

Lewis said he was surprised that Max didn’t come over to check on him, I think it’s on ESPN. You can fight hard, but respect that another driver is pushing and risking their life. Seb showed you can care when he checked on Lando after he hit the wall at Spa. Max walking by like nothing happend is a bad look on him.
