Did she use airplane bottles as hand knives?
I know what you mean, but on the other hand, if bad always wins that’s just as weak. I like to believe that GRRM doesn’t want things to be predictable— as history. Good guys can win, but not just because they’re good guys.
If Jon Snow is resurrected only to be killed a bit later, I’m done. That is really just terrible writing and not knowing where you were going with a story.
I wouldn’t call it treason. The Frey’s were barely on the side of the Starks to begin with. The Starks made and broke a business agreement. The Frey’s paid for it with men, allowing them to cross and allegiance. In return they were getting a marriage with title. Not fulfilling the obligations and terms of their…
That said, Henry Tudor faced incredibly overwhelming odds and still won. He was “what was left” in every sense, but he still was an active agent in his own fate, just like Jon Snow is.
Jesus Christ man, thanks for putting me on suicide watch. Can’t you let us at least believe that its possible the good guys at least don’t end up slaughtered brutally?
This comment makes me sad because it is the damn true. I hope Jon lives another day after sunsay, even if that means Rickon should die. Yes, i know, i’m a cruel bastard too.
What you dread is what I hope for. Off the boring stick in the mud that is Jon for good and be done with it.
I’m not thrilled by the header picture that appears to show Jon standing alone against an oncoming cavalry charge.
I fear the worst.
You’d think that, but he’s just as susceptible to giving characters plot armor. The unique thing about Game of Thrones is that it took a little while to discover who the focus characters would be, and so it seemed like GRRM was killing off the main characters.
Yeah, that really bothered me. It’s hard for me to imagine a “good guy” pulling off the same feat without getting killed, captured, maimed, etc.
“Flaming balls on boats”....that’s my new catch-phrase.
I saw him as overly-competent when he proposed to ride 20 men into Stannis Baratheon’s camp to sneak in, set fire to a lot of their stuff and significantly reduce their likelihood of winning, and sneak out undetected. And then he did and ever since then I have no idea how overly-competent he is.
I’m guessing Wun-Wun dies this episode. The showrunners seem to want to prune all the CG characters they possibly can to save money for the dragons and wights.
why? He may be a little shit but he’s not a murderous fucking psycho path. And when did people start having sympathy for Cersie?
Yeah, kinda relieved. Also good to see that the BWB wasn’t actually a murderous band of Merry Men. Can’t wait to see what Beric and Thoros have planned for Sandor!
Pretty sure those were Masters banners. Definitely weren’t Ironborn sails.
uhh no. The sails of the ships has the mermaid of volantis
