SPUM: Quality you can hear!

I disagree with Cap on the characterizations, but I will say, the “creative liberties” taken in the most recent episode were very distracting. The show went too far in trying to generate drama by creating a fake losing streak.

Yeah, I watched the first episode on TV initially and then rewatched on my phone. The difference felt pronounced.

I feel like the sound mixing or sound editing for this series is a bit off. I have a hard time making out some of the dialogue. Anyone else having this issue?

We’ve had too many on-screen Victor Zsaszes. If anything, we need to eliminate three. I am not a crackpot!

It would be better if we could get Tom Hulce.

Pretty good for an intro episode, but I did have to put on subtitles occasionally to make out Isaac’s dialogue.

They’re gonna have to change the name if they want this to play in Spanish-speaking countries.

What a forgettable movie. I honestly prefer King of the Monsters, even with Vera Farmiga saying “Thanos was right” every 10 minutes.

I am concerned about the change in powerset, though it’s obviously justifiable for a number of reasons (Mr. Fantastic coming soon, Inhumans the show was hot garbage, etc.). At least they are keeping some of the embiggening elements.
