Non-binary typically flies under the Trans flag(though they have their own literal flag too), since they generally don’t label themselves Cis. Not all NBs consider themselves trans, but for the purposes of representation they get grouped together because it’s essentially the same fight.

Background checks, raise the age to 21, waiting period, and red flag laws are all in his speech. He wants what every reasonable person wants.
