we called her "oops" in-utero. I mean I would use it when referring my actual physical self and not the baby specifically. Like at work when someone would see me struggling and they'd be all like "Can I help" and I would be like "Nah, just figuring out how to work around my bump".

urgh. I hate "baby belly" and always referred to it as "MY bump" because "baby belly" just furthers the idea that it's not my body or my belly.

I've noticed these tendencies too. This sort "us" vs "them" attitude but it's "feminists" vs "every woman who doesn't conform".

it's so bizzare to me. I think plastic surgery is stupid and pointless BUT that's not a moral judgement on people who DO have plastic surgery, I just don't like it.
