Because for a lot of people in Italy, this is a lot like the Casey Anthony case. If Anthony could be tried again, don't you think there would be people asking for that to happen, too?
You could try checking some of these top ten countries. Norway supposedly has the most humane prisons.
It's not that your original point isn't clear, it just seems absurd. Even teenagers can see the difference between reality and television. And if they can't, it's not the fault of the actors.
