In before all of the slippery-slope arguments... I 100% agree. I know I would not like these solutions, but we definitely should have them and if new cars came with them I would deal. We all would. This is not an attack on your freedoms.

But a licence plate doesn’t identify you to the vehicle unless you have access to the database that information is kept.

If you are not going to run a plate, you need to go all the way and just declare you are a Sovereign Citizen

Which is actually even worse than license plates based on how many people are wrongly arrested or convicted based on other people “recognizing” them or picking them from lineups or even automatic face…
