If It's Not a Wagon, it's crap.

That attitude is why the USA is now a shithole country.

The Viper. Every single iteration was more hideous than the last. They should have let someone with taste design it. It’s tackier than a muscle car and uglier than a Corvette. No car says “mega douche bro dozer” than the Viper. If it was at least a good car, that would have made up for it a little bit, but it was

Oil Companies would also have to give back trillions of dollars that they have received over the last hundred years and then maybe we’d have a level playing field.

I hope they go radial

JEEEEZZZUSSSS those are hideous.

Other than the ioniq5, the id3/4 is the best of the lot.

There is literally nothing stopping me from running a wire from the fuse box to the seat heater and bypassing the computer completely. I can even install a dummy load so that the computer thinks that the seat heater is still there. Problem solved.

The Aerostar was a sack of poop.

Ford and VW are just getting started and they will crush Tesla. Who will want a a weird ugly overpriced EV built in a shed by a cult when you can have a VW or Ford?

There, fixed it for you.

The ecological, social, and financial impact of an EV is WAY less than the impact of a car that burns fossil fuels.

This movie would have been so much better if they were all Toyotas.

Ah, makes sense.

American cars are so bad they make you sign an NDA.

I know how the db system works, thanks......

You’re INSIDE the plane wearing hearing protection? That does not bode well for this technology.

It looks like those vanes are variable:

Yes, we’ve been here before, but unlike the that UDF, the new Safran design has a reduction gear to reduce fan speed relative to the turbine. They claim that it will only be 10-12 db louder than an equivalent ducted fan.

Yes. Previous attempts at this design, like the GE36, have been crazy loud. BUT, with geared turbofans becoming practical, like the PW1000G, it might be possible to get the blade tips under the speed of sound, reducing the bulk of the noise.

While I totally agree... The A380's main problems are lack of airports with the bespoke jet bridges and massive hangers they require.
