Just buy a can of emergency tire goo. Cheaper than a new spare and good enough to drive on to the next service centre (unless, of course, the tire failure isn’t just a hole, but catastrophic). I know people (this is not recommended) have driven for months on a tire filled with goo.

It’s been proven a thousand times in a thousand studies that BEV is less hard on the environment than ICE over the life of the vehicle, even when largely powered by dirty power.
