I’m not sure how you’ve made it this far in life without the concept being explained to you, but sometimes people make statements they know to be specious in furtherance of a joke.

Neutral: The Toyota Prius is a fantastic transportation appliance. Great mileage, utterly reliable (my wife’s aunt ran hers to over 250,000 miles), lots of practical room, and on and on. I can’t fault anyone who chooses to own and drive one for very sensible reasons.

I browse r/teslamotors and r/cybertruck often — they really aren’t anymore. FSD is considered a waste of money. Most users recommend using the money upgrading to a higher trim or just saving it. SOME people buy into the robotaxi garbage, but they seem to have gone into hiding as of late.
