Eh, the steamdeck is extremely niche. The vast majority of switch owners aren’t frequenting gaming sites, aren’t interested in figuring out the digital landscape, etc.

This is partly why we talk about sexual violence being about power, not sex.
Yes, Dahl’s estate is still profiting. And if that’s a deal breaker for someone, I’m not going to hold it against them. I can’t say I’ve actively engaged in Roald Dahl’s work at all, but I’ve never really been interested in doing so, so I can’t pretend that I’m standing on principle for that.
Sure. But you’re going back to your over-arching argument, which isn’t what I was engaging with.
There’s a huge difference, imo, between engaging in art that already exists and considering it within the context of its creation and in supporting an artist’s continued proliferation.
I don’t disagree with you at all, they’re very different things.
Sirona Ryan is her name.
I mean, to be entirely honest, anyone who is actively supporting Kanye to the point of going to his show should absolutely be ridiculed.
She’s already fabulously wealthy so it’s hardly as if she gives a shit anymore anyways.
I... really wouldn’t agree with that. ME1 was still, at it’s core, a shooter. All they did was figure out how to streamline menus and systems a bit more. But it never changed genres at all, just adapted.
Those are the feelings I want to be able to emote, not that I think they need to be long sentences.
Which honestly brings me to the bigger problem
I think there’s just a reality in that so, so many gamers are totally fine with our current screen + input options, whether you play on consoles or PC.
The Republic Gunship did.
It’s VERY clear from their answer that they’re talking about an activity they enjoy. If you don’t enjoy it, it’s a terrible deal for you. If they enjoy it, it’s an excellent deal for them.
Sounds (from the edit, which I think was after your comment) that it’s top down orders from the holding company at the very top, which is entirely made up by suits who don’t actually have meaningful relationship with the people in the companies they own.
Maybe, but if they’re doing a poor job shouldn’t their performance evaluation reflect it?
I gotcha. Kinda impossible to judge what kind of players you’re going up against from that, though. Collection level is what determines what players you are paired up against.
Split is generally considered a pretty good movie? It’s 78/79% on RT for critic and audience score and a 7.3 on IMDB. And on a budget of $9 million, it made $278.5 million.
If you’re in the 70s, you’re still in the first pool of cards. So that’s still the early, early game.
