This is part of why, even though I have serious issues with it, Noom has been the best dieting program I’ve seen. Because it still approaches dieting from a healthy eating perspective, allocating space in diets for high caloric density, medium caloric density, and low caloric density foods. It’s certainly not perfect,

I was convinced the iPhone 6 was relatively new... It was 7 years ago.

On the flip side, I know people absolutely in love with Stardew Valley. To each their own and all that. The specific kind of retro-with-QoL-updates is very appealing to many.

Worth giving it another shot - thanks!

What do you cook it at / for how long? The texture is always so wrong for me.

Whenever I’ve put rice in soup, I’ve always pre-cooked it. Whenever I try to cook it in the soup, it just ends up with the totally wrong texture.

This is why I HATE the update-old-lists thing that Kotaku/Gizmodo/etc. does.

I think it’s extremely consistent at being ranked second to Alien on nearly every “ranking” list of the films. I was curious so I clicked through google looking at both lists and user polls, and it’s honestly the most solidly established trend I’ve ever seen across lists like these.

I don’t get the appeal of this sort of Alien-series game, tbh.

I was just ranting to my boyfriend last night about Netflix’s Halloween section.
