Further proof: a E190 landing at Amsterdam passing over at 10.000' and a Dassault Falcon 900 landing at Rotterdam passing at 2.000'. Althought they both didn’t fly over Hellevoetsluis directly, both where provided with vectors which could well fly over the village.

The airliners landing at Rotterdam-The Hague airport fly at 3000' over the village seen in the video. The ones landing at Amsterdam Schiphol airport fly there between 7000' and 10.000'.
