Yeah, because designing a strategy based around appealing to people who cry endlessly for smaller and cheaper is always a winning business.... /s

Judgement

If a single piece of food was acquired from outside the car or if anyone peed outside the vehicle, there’s room for improvement. Seems like the pinnacle would be having some of those support people waiting at the pumps to fill your tank asap. Those pit stops COMPLETELY DESTROY YOUR PACE PLEASE JUST GET BACK IN THE CAR

Is this incredibly awesome or incredibly stupid?

That’s cool and all but how far can it go between refueling ? And does it have space in the back for quintuplets, our sled dog team, and all the gear we need for our definitely-not-an-edge-case weekly roadtrip ?

heres mine!

I don't know how it is done in real life, but in Need For Speed, they call for back up ...

It’s not odd for the CHP, they won’t have to do emissions checks. So less work for them.

Alanis, this is good reporting.

She makes valid points about the site, but my immediate reaction when I saw this article was “here’s another response to the call to arms from every pro-union shop on the web” after the founder’s Twitter comments.

Its amazing how up in arms you get AFTER the fact.

It blows my mind that anyone other than protein shake swilling dudebros are willing to associate with Barstool in any way. They’re in the same degenerate misogynist camp as The Chive and both groups should be fucking embarrassed to be pushing the swill that they do at this point. Who TF at Nascar thought this would be

I think most would be better off apprenticing somewhere or enlisting in “bootcamp”-type programs.

My kid got a 4 year degree, on my dime, then went to work in a completely unrelated field. The benefit of the degree though is that most companies won’t even look at a resume unless you’re a college graduate. I never got my degree and have been a successful programmer for many years BUT, I lucked into an opportunity

No, it really isn’t, given he’s complaining that the cars cost significantly less as little as 15 years ago. Your argument would be akin to saying an S-Class Mercedes listed for $100k, so no one should bitch that it dropped to $5k, then rose back up to $150k...

It is a very poor argument that, again, has nothing

5) Classic car insurance - would be literally a thousand or more dollars less per year for me to insure a 944S than a Cayman in FL. And at this point, nice 944s are appreciating while all Caymans are depreciating.

I can think of several: 1) You have two people or a person and a dog that you want to bring with you somewhere. 2) You like being able to see the engine. 3) You want to have an excuse to talk to Stef Schrader so you can be her friend. 4) You have a plastic frog collection and want to be able to fling them into the air

Hate to break it to you, but this post has nothing whatsoever to do with the article...
