What a hateful, gross over generalization.

Your confusing the economic trajectory inherited from a previous administration with the effects of economic policy put in place by the current administration. FRED has great data where even the thickest of individuals can clearly spot the general trend-line.

Isn’t this the opposite of the unfettered capitalism approach held in such high regard by Ayn Rand loving GOP members, “Our nation deserves a better capitalism - a moral capitalism - that rewards workers for the success they help build.”??

I disagree.  The overlanding contingent will buy into this all day long.  It’s in many ways a more versatile setup than current wrangler and more offroad capable than the IFS pickups.  This will sell, extremely well.

Marketing move for Toyota is to “buy” that truck from him by giving him a new one, keeping the melted truck as is and parade it around the vehicle show circuit and SEMA. Driving it on and off the trailer alone will attract a crowd.

As someone who both works in the automotive industry and deals with many people who flat out refuse to dig deeper than a sound bite, this is SPOT ON.

This is a much better version of what I was trying to say. The fact that you can prop the hood at 90 degrees and access bolts behind the engine is a pretty huge selling point to me from a maintenance perspective. I’ve had mine for about 1 1/2 years now and it’s been amazing thus far. Good friend of mine has 180k on

I own a W210 E55 and I highly recommend it. Maintenance is not nearly what people think it will be and it’s easy to work on to boot.

Sure that’s a result of tax cuts and not sustained low unemployment driving up the value of labor?

Trump U Alumni?

Sounds like you’re pretty worked up about other people’s word choice regarding their chosen hobby.  Bummer for you.

Sounds like you have a very reasonable outlook coupled with reasonable expectations and are presumably a reasonable human being to boot.  A+ for you. Happy to have you in this state or any state for that matter.

Nothing inspires more negative comments than a title praising California for basically anything.

Yea, a rolling exemption makes the most sense in my opinion, but the notion that California has the most intrusive inspection laws is simply not true.

Not much different than the JK track bar bracket which has a tendency to rip off once larger rubber and more aggressive wheeling are applied.  The company I work for has a reinforcement piece that should solve the issue coming out shortly.
