The explanation I’ve seen (and that makes sense to me) is that sometimes Trump just dictates his tweets to Scavino, and Scavino failed to make sure he was tweeting from the right account.

I think it means that sometimes Dan does assholes tweets and he sent the same fucking thing from his own account too.
