No one said it was supposed to be offensive. The point is that the GOP claims to love America so much more than anyone else but they’re just a bunch of clueless idiots who can’t even get the fucking flag right.

Which date will the MAGAs storm Monrovia?
Liberia, an African country that was founded for Freed African slaves from America.
Just a flag mixup error it happens.
Every American who a) knows there’s a country named Liberia and b) knows what the Liberian flag looks like won’t vote Republican. Really, I don’t know why they deleted the tweet.
Really, you entirely skipped the history of Liberia it’s ties to America and how that makes this particular flavor of fuckup entirely even more brain warping?
That strikes me as very much a “guns don’t kill people” argument.
Except they’re not identical. People each learn in their own way and there is only 1 of each of us. Not everyone can learn to create art. These AI need only 1 to be trained and then it can be massed copied and put to work mass producing.
Don’t worry, the author of this article will sing a different tune when:
> Because there’s no clarity at all whether AI-generated art is in violation of any copyright law, because it’s yet to be tested in court, or given coherent legislation. Let alone that “appropriate commercial licenses” aren’t realistically possible in this area.
Can’t let the blood, sweat, and tears of the poor, impoverished artists get in the way of helping a big tech CEO add another zero to their bank account, right?
I’d imagine the answer should have been obvious.
Sorry, but I just can’t agree to that. If the very foundation of the software is theft, then it fails at the first gate.
If an AI art program uses people’s work without their consent, then its illegitimate trash that should be thrown into a fire at the earliest convenience. The law might end up going in a different direction, and if it does I’ll continue to be disgusted by the terrible abuses of the American legal system, but any AI…
“(There are others who see copyright as one of the greatest failures of modern human society, and that all art is built upon that which preceded it.)“
God that’s irritating. If I am an artist and I take inspiration from someone else’s art and try to weave it into my own style, that’s leagues different from if I teach a…
this take is wrong. FSR does not lock out other GPUs. FSR is open source and available to Nvidia and Intel. DLSS is proprietary and requires a NVIDIA GPU. DLSS locks other GPUs out.
Really, what’s the point of spending $1500 on a gaming PC vs. just $500 on a console if you aren’t getting every bell and whistle
https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/List_of_games_that_support_high-fidelity_upscaling
how many games only do DLSS not FSR, and how many articles are written about them? cry me a river.
Uhh... you do know that FSR works perfectly fine on any company’s GPUs, right? Works perfectly fine on Geforce and ARC, just like it does on Radeon. As long as it supports the Khronos Group-standardized GPU instructions.
