I’m doing what I’ve come to refer to as the ‘Ten Year Overhaul” on my 2012 Wrangler. It started out of necessity with a bad transmission input shaft bearing and has grown into a winter-long monstrosity of a project. It’s the epitome of ‘let me hit that while I’m in there’ mentality.

I’ve had a 2015 3.5 ecoboost F-150 and a 2018 2.7. The 3.5 would get me 22 mpg combined if I made an effort, the 2.7 would get me 28mpg. Between that and the power they put out if you ask for it, I was very impressed. I’ve had Imprezas and Crosstreks for my company vehicles for a while now, they all seem to get mid

I’m 40 and I’d pick a tailgunner seat today.

Realistically, you probably won’t miss the option anyway”

This looks a nightmare. I recently had a stuck control arm bolt on my JK that I thought was bad, and I had a free nut and just needed to pull the axle shaft to get access to both sides. I ended up using a ball joint press tool and a sledgehammer to get the bolt out.

This is actually a great answer to a kind of ridiculous question because it applies all around. It might be Ray’s and PS4S on the Miata but the formula holds all the way to the other end of the spectrum:

I picked up an ultrasonic cleaner after reading the article here recently. I know I’m being manipulated into purchasing things, but my sockets are soooooo clean...

I’ll take the convertibles, green on top, yellow on bottom. Guess I’m just a sunshine person, everything else kinda sorts itself out.

I take mine skydiving, everything just fits.

Thank you.

Nope. Based on 8000 miles of intense scrutiny, I’m not willing to give up any power.

This is 5 minutes from my house. Every day I drive by and side eye what’s on that lot. TODAY I drove by and commented on the two Nissan GTRs, the 14 TTRSs, the two McLarens, the Lamborghinis, the Corvette ZR1 and the 911. And that’s just what I can see driving by. Now that I’ve gotten this out of my system, I’m going

Drove one today.

I put the phone in my pocket and ride the bike. If I need directions I can get them over the helmet comm.

Sadly that was as completed as it got. Reliability issues forced me into a conveniently available Saturn SL. The car is still in a warehouse in PA, slowly being used for parts from what I know about it. If I end up with a lot of time, money, and an extra garage space one day I’d love to revisit it and do it right.

Haha! I’ve progressed to Jeeps and removing entire doors!

Absolutely I ruined a car. Fortunately it wasn’t a flawless example to begin with, but I was young, inexperienced, and made some pretty poor decisions.

Awesome!! No love for the silver 1984 4000S(q?) at 4:35?? I had two of these in this color and I recognized it immediately.

Oh I’d ride the crap out of one of these. Not at 15,000 though, it’s cold up there.

I’ve been buying crosstreks for my employees for years. I’ve never driven one, but I love them. Zero problems, zero complaints. Small enough to park places, enough space to bring things, holds up just fine in the NJ winter. Keep for 100k miles, regular maintenance only, trade in, repeat. Currently waiting for the
