Yet again, I’m reminded that my wrangler is the perfect vehicle.
My first car was a silver ‘84 Audi 4000S that my grandmother had bought new (in ‘84 when I was 3), and kept in mint condition for me till I was ready for a car. You can imagine how pretty it was and how, as a 17 year old, I treated it. It was front wheel drive and had a solid axle and drum brakes in the rear. The rear…
Nice of them to include that 2.5' bed. On this pickup truck. ...
I had a buddy die in an (arguably) 4th gen Viper. He gave the keys to his friend and they ended up going UNDER a guide rail. He was very responsible with the car, but I guess it was a bit much for his friend.
I have a ‘12 CBR1000RR in the garage that should be good for 160-170hp. No traction control, no ABS, no riding modes. Every time I get on it I’m reminded I’m sitting on a missile and the weak link is the guidance system.
This is why I trimmed my stock Wrangler plastic fenders and I’ve left them on there instead of switching to steel or aluminum. If I rub them on a tree, they just flex and come right back. Depending on how easily they actually come off, I’d probably just pull them for a day on the trails and put them back on after. I…
Yep. My Honda Grom has 9 hp, weighs 200 lbs, and will carry my 180lb butt all the way up to 60mph with a tail wind. Downhill.
I see they’ve kept that really stylish droopy fender line from the Silverado. Looks just as awful here.
Haha I hope I look as ridiculous on my Grom!
Soooo, zero chance of a manual, right?
I bought one of these a while ago and just recently had a chance to use it. It worked as intended until the bolt was out. Then the magnet had the bolt stuck to the oil pan while hot oil was gushing out around it as my brain struggled to understand why the bolt wouldn’t come out all the way. I did 4 oil changes that…
This makes good sense. Thanks
Why does the ‘work truck’ come with the short, useless bed? If any model should be a standard or extended cab with the 6.5' or 8' bed, it should be this one. If they do the super cab, I’ll be sorely tempted to trade in my superduty that, as of late, only does light pickup duty and ‘it’s raining so I can’t drive my…
It’s sitting on lots because it’s stupid. I’m saying this as someone who owns a JK and a full size pickup. I planned my vehicle purchasing around waiting for the Gladiator and I was SO disappointed when it was released. One available minivan-style cab configuration, the smallest bed I’ve ever seen, and ugly as sin.…
Maybe I’ve spend too much time doing actual “off-roading”, but couldn’t you get these same results with an Accord? This looks like a bunch of people got stuck after parking in the front lawn at a baby shower.
