I had to relocate the horn in my Jeep Wrangler to cram in some home-brew HID headlights. I cleaned the contacts and connectors but something seems to have gone amiss. When I test honked it I was regaled with the glorious, quiet hooooooooonnnnnk of a goose that was not only physically dying, but had given up all hope.

I don’t usually do buildings/locations sets but this is cool. It’s not $200 cool, but it’s pretty cool.

Right? This was the biggest draw to the special edition. It didn’t need anything really different or special because it’s wearing an actual color. The Miata color lineup is so bland, a vinyl wrap basically needs to be considered in the purchase price.

I still have mine in the attic. I think the gearbox is shot and it’s missing a battery cover, but it’s in good shape otherwise. Maybe a 3d printed restoration is in order..

Haha shopping carts.. Send them my way

Yes! You are my kind of Jeep people. I have done exactly that and it is everything you want it to be. I kept waiting for the big snow storm this year but it didn’t work out. I want to put the windshield down.

Under the wrong conditions, this is about how I feel after long trips in a ‘12 Wrangler.. Of course I do it to myself, gambling with the weather while leaving my roof and doors at home. I’m ok with it.

Ok yeah this is awesome.

Yeah I’m just still bitter over the tiny bed, vast expanse of unnecessary interior space, and the ultra long wheelbase that comes along with it.

Really depends what you want out of the truck. I’ll take a foot of extra bed and a lot less wheelbase in place of 2 seats that will sit empty.

I love how they tease us with what the enthusiasts want and mass produce what.. everyone else wants. I guess it makes sense. I would 100% buy this truck. The Gladiator is full of compromises, this thing is EXACTLY what I want. I refuse to pretend like this might actually happen though and I’ll resign myself to the

I’m ok with rear view/backup cameras. My rear view consists of 10% wiper motor, 20% miscellaneous interior, 20% headrests, 60% spare tire.. The point is that if a child, teenager or normal height adult stands behind me while reversing, they’re going to get flatter. A backup cam is super handy. I’d also enjoy seeing

I don’t have enough money for all these things I want!!

Know what I remember liking? Buttons. Dials too. They are always in the same place. After a few hours in the seat, you don’t need to look for them. The feedback from a button press or a dial click is immediate and positive. I don’t mind having a screen to display relevant information, but I don’t want menus to be a

Just wanted to put this here for all the “nobody folds the windshield” guys..

As a Jeep person - haaaaahahaha!!!

I subscribed to the no-first-model-year policy after I bought my first new vehicle, a 2004 Yamaha R6. The ‘03 was the redesign and I was thrilled to not have any of the teething issues that got worked out by the time I go mine. Since then it’s been a strict policy with the exception of a 2012 Wrangler with which I’ve

Can I put this in a Wrangler?

This is brilliant. I’ll do it for the coke.
