I really enjoyed this movie - I had zero expectations going into it but man, the set design, the monsters and even the acting was really great. It doesn’t have to be the most original idea to be entertaining - just be entertaining. I cared about the characters and felt the tension. good stuff!

The robotech RPG apparently is NOT the same as the one published by Palladium years ago. I loved that game, despite the rules being kinda wonky and lopsided. However the glorious artwork...man, those books still sit on my shelves despite not being played in 20 years.
