A lot of drivers think bicycles should only be ridden on the sidewalk, and if they are on the streets and roads, it’s their fault for getting hit.

Unexploded ordinance in Japan and Germany is absolutely nothing compared to the gifts we’ve given the Vietnamese, Laotian, and Cambodian people. Estimates show nearly a third of the bombs dropped there never exploded. They continue to kill people to this day. Nearly 20,000 Cambodians have been killed since 1979 by…
What does ND have that NC doesn’t? I probably should whisper it - it’s just a better sports car, and crucially, a better Miata. Now I’m gonna get killed.
The cheapest Polestar 2 is actually the first casualty. Last month, Polestar quietly updated its website for the 2025 Polestar 2 and the only configuration is a fully loaded version (including Performance Pack) with a starting price of $66,200.
If Mazda drops the Miata they become just another automaker. The Miata is a halo like unlike any other. If Nissan can afford to sell the “Z” with only minor modifications for 100 years, then Mazda can do the same... heck, it needs to do the same. So much of the brand’s goodwill is tied up in that one car. And let’s…
They made the mistake of letting the price creep up way too much. I bought a new Hybrid Ford Maverick for $25k MSRP. A new Miata has got to cost less than a more functional vehicle.
If they refresh it and make the design more round I think it will do well. Test drove a ND PRHT 3 weeks ago and although a fun car felt cramped and not as “open” as my NA or a NC I drove. the ND is a great car, more well built, better tech and handles better IMO, but just felt small when you are sitting in it.
Elevator Pitch: “MX-90, like a Miata but it seats six and also it’s an SUV.”
So you’re saying he missed a shift by trying to go 2 to 3 and went 2 to 1 instead?
I thought the RS came with Ricaros stock. I’ve never seen one without them.
How in the hell did Chevy SSR not make this list?
I will defend the Subaru BRAT to the death. It’s clearly a defiant design choice, but it’s not the “ugly” that you get by truck-carring a vehicle that was never made for the terrain (see Honda Ridgeline, previously mentioned), or over-designing a cartoonishly huge grille (GMC 2500), or just flat-out turning a napkin…
Jeebus, that looks like they literally just tacked on an extra half a cab without any consideration and called it done... like a shade tree hack welding job.
That is some real Friday afternoon design right there.
Hummer H2 (and the others really). Enough said.
Dodge Power Wagon Crew Cab missing from the list. List is invalid.
Looks super super thin, probably for weight reasons? I wonder if time is more a factor, or temperature? 20 miles doesn’t seem like a crazy distance for wheels made of metal to endure, even as small as they are.
Insurance adjuster: 1948? Well at least it’s just an old clunker, we can write…I’m sorry, what’s a mile meeglee?
If I was in the Jag I’d be far more concerned about the car than myself, it may just be a car, but damn is it a CAR. Broken bones heal faster and more cheaply (even in the U.S.) than one can properly restore a car like that.
There’s no reason that no dealerships = bad customer service. If Tesla were well run it would not be an issue. But since a core component of the companies DNA is over promising and under delivering, this is par for the course.
It’s crazy. I googled “median price of new car” and can’t find any results. All the results are about the average. Why is it so hard to find data on what the median price of a new car is? That’s a lot more useful metric than the average, IMHO, when talking about how much normal people are spending on their cars.
