Ride share vehicles only pay $1.50 per trip inside the congestion zone, and that fee is passed onto the riders. So there is no net impact to the drivers. Arguably this might bring more business to the ride share drivers because people are discouraged from driving their own cars into the congestion zone.

Yeah. A turbo engine is fine on the streets, but the power band is very much on/off switch like. Not good for low traction situations. A naturally aspirated V6 is much more predictable and controllable.
