Actually the only difference is that the Bolt EUV has 3" more rear leg room than the Bolt EV. The trunk space is same (actually the Bolt EV has a slightly larger trunk because of the shape of the trunk and measurement flukes. So you are paying $2500 (?) extra for 3" of rear leg room and worse range.

Is that really an issue on the current Bolt?

Normally the percent off would be more fair, but in these cases, the extended range is a very expensive option. So if anything, missing 10% off the extended range battery is far more offensive than missing 10% off the base model battery.

Well said $2760 a month for three kids is unrealistic even for middle class parenting. If there is ANY type of ongoing health needs or special educational needs, that budget is completely blown.

It’s probably more than that for billionaires’ kids- they attend $60k a year private schools etc. But even if it’s $100k a month- that is like me and you dropping a penny on the ground- we wouldn’t even pick it up.
