On the contrary, I think the platforms will eventually merge. I mean, not anytime soon, but considering how much more my 360 can do now that it could in 2005 through software updates leads me to believe that eventually consoles and PC's will be virtually identical.

@Nabaraj: No way! Can you build me that same computer? I'd much rather have those specs! Of course it has an SSD, it's less than an inch thin, and has incredible battery life, right?! I'll take 10 of them.

@kyleshark: Final Cut tends to chomp CPU + RAM the most. The computer will feel very fast though with that SSD (Start-up, opening apps) but if you are dealing with huge files it'd be better to go with a MBP.

I'd rather have the free hard drive space than the three decent KISS songs.
