May I just say, if you are going to release video of any alleged misconduct, especially police, post the raw footage. Not a version complete with dramatic music, convenient edits, and speculation.

call me crazy, but i dont get the Nickleback hate. I mean they're no Rolling Stones, or The Beatles. Realistically though, their music isn't really bad. The lyrics aren't groundbreaking, but for a listen to on the radio once in awhile band, i give them props for not being the worst.

its an innocent til proven guilty thing. If he was fired, then found innocent he could sue the dept. They can't just look at the horrifying charges and summarily find him guilty. Plus if he's still being paid be can theoretically afford representation. Something I believe even the worst of offenders deserve.
