For what it's worth, the only real difference that I have been able to ascertain is ray tracing. There will definitely be other upgrades, but I'm playing it with confidence on release date.

I pre-ordered the XSX and was planning to get the PS5 with GoW, but dear God, the storage solutions are an abomination (600 GB or so of usable storage, can’t store PS5 games on an external, and game installs being as much as 128 GB) means that I’ll wait until they fix that.
