It is confusing and is publisher by publisher. I read on a comment section that Ubi was only doing a free update to digital purchases, but you literally cannot buy an XSX version of either Watch Dogs or AC, whereas there is a PS5 SKU for both.

There is only one SKU for the Xbox One/XSX.
