Gotcha, the way you worded it, sounded like you just weren't sure what the 7.3 gets. We have the 6.7 and it gets better gas mileage than my wife's 2015 Sienna. It's pretty damn impressive.

If they’re diesels that means they’re just getting broken in. The dodge I talked about earlier had 320k on the clock. The rust will kill that truck before the engine dies.

Ford doesn’t make a 7.3 anymore. The largest they had in 2015 was a 6.7.

This is correct. We have a 2001 Dodge 2500 with the Cummins that still gets over 20 mpg highway while towing our trailer. I will say though that we are currently getting 23-25 mpg highway out of our 2015 F-350 diesel. So those numbers are going up.

Growing up on a farm, we have had our fair share of heavy duty pickups, ranging from Ford, Dodge, and Chevy. Never once have we considered fuel economy. We based it on cost, will it break, how much and how easy will it be to fix when it does break, and will it do what we need it to do. Fuel economy didn't matter

As long as they take the giant crease out of the middle.

Did you just cuss? Is the wedding planning getting to you?

FUUUUUUUUCK

Everything I’ve been reading says that Houston is the obvious number one and BYU/Cincinnati are battling for number two. I just don’t see UConn getting in unless they expand by four teams and even then they have only an outside chance. They’re too far away, their football program is in shamble and the only big

There are three reason that Musk wants to be a solar company now, one you’ve already touched on, the money he’ll make from Tesla. The second reason is more free government money to subsidize green technology, Tesla will eventually sell too many cars to qualify for tax incentives. Number three, his ego. This isn’t a

I had no idea they had that much room in the back seat.

If you run the equipment in some of the harshest climate imaginable then even with proper maintenance it will wear out. Does your company use any other brands that lasted longer? I said they don't maintain it properly because in normal farming conditions, there is no reason for that equipment to be worn out and

Then you're not maintaining it properly.

What additional cost? My uncle uses international and they are solid tractors, nothing wrong with them. Never used MF so can’t comment on them, although we have heard about issues with reliability with them. Case and IH are the same company. Kubota and Cat are great for construction equipment, but practically no one

Nobody uses Ford anymore, Caterpillar and Komatsu are not nearly as available or have the market share.

Because they do make solid equipment that is very reliable and has unlimited parts and accessories.

As someone who grew up on a farm and having a dad who still farms over 2,000 acres, I can tell you, farmers give zero fucks about this. If the tractor is still under warranty, they go get it fixed and use a backup or borrow a farmers down the road. Out of warranty? Yeah, a farmer’s going to do whatever they feel like

Was it racing the most challenging opponent ever....itself?

I never thought I'd see the day where I'd be on the side of a bicyclist wearing spandex, yet here I am.

I just paid $300 for a cordless impact wrench with two batteries. That's NP any day.
