Watching Lindsay graphically repack a stab wound abscess while wearing a sexy nurse costume was the most confused my dick has been since Doom Generation.

In the split second during which he made that surprised whimper, stiffened, then appeared about to crumple, I thought "Holy shit — she stabbed him in the fucking spine!" The reveal that she 'merely' stabbed him in… what, an oblique? … was a relief.

Was it explained why Dr. Brown's kids were even there? They attend a private school that wouldn't have been affected by a district Work Day.

I was surprised Hill didn't say "fuck it" and use the actual piece of music from that Bueller scene.

Sorry, it was all white noise to me after that picture of Kether Donohue at the top.

Lone Wolf McQuade… Sudden Impact… Blue Thunder… Octopussy… Never Say Never Again… Hmm, this would seem to peg the following year as when my family first got HBO.

Jemaine really is clooneying up nicely.

Did Walton Goggins take a Riverdance workshop? The man is remarkably light on his toes.

Checked the DVR; y'all are correct. Must say, though, I enjoyed the line better the way I misheard it. :)

I heard it as "I don't think yours is purple."

Boris from Snatch knows what's what — ear plugs go in before the weapon comes out. It's too late for Sterling Archer, but the rest of us can learn from his mistakes.

That look on Russell's face when Gamby asks "So you're gonna help me?" That. Look.

Maybe, but I could have sworn I heard the "Let's do the whole fucking village!" line from Platoon in there under the chopper sounds.

I dug that Gamby had a Platoon flashback before he committed to going full ape shit on the house. Not a flashback to serving in Vietnam, a flashback to watching the movie Platoon.

Why does she keep getting referred to as a "ghostwriter"? Her name is right there on the cover of Trump's (post-Art of the Deal) books.

Huh. According to Wikipedia, Bill Cosby's character in The Devil & Max Devlin was just A devil not THE devil? What a let down…

Warner's Evil is untouchable. (Seriously, don't touch it.)

x-post from an Albert Brooks thread:

TO DO LIST

1. Invent time machine

2. Send stacks of Giffen/DeMatteis Justice League International comics back to Affeck and Damon's trailers on the set of Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back

3. Kill baby Hitler.

" When people think of the music from Ghostbusters II, [Bobby Brown's "On Our Own" is] the track that comes immediately to mind… "

Yeah, no. For me it's "Spirit" by Doug E. Fresh. But I guess it's true that some people just won't go near it. 😢
