When "safety" becomes a for-profit business, we all suffer.
When "safety" becomes a for-profit business, we all suffer.
However, where you’re... ahem... going...
When “Safety” becomes a for-profit business, we’re all fucked.
they will be. it’ll be used as a means of making this about privatization.
This is the way.
But non-political government agencies like the FAA definitely need to have their budgets cut, right?
Volkswagen needs to pull a page out of Foxconn’s playbook. Make like you’re going to build a plant somewhere, but you just need to find the “right place.” That’ll convince the Dipshit in Chief that you’re going to give him what he wants, so he’ll back off of the tariff threats.
I have several friends who work for the EPA. This very question looms large for them, unfortunately.
Okay, fine, I’ll bite. While, hybrids are slightly more expensive than their equivalent non-hybrid trims... Both hybrid and non-hybrid trims of the models listed are less expensive than the average new car. But if we are being technical and splitting hairs, as you seem to insist upon, I must again make a few things…
Hear me out, if they didn’t have to work in the office and worked from home, they wouldn’t have to worry so much about the price of gas. BOOM!

Magic 8 Ball says:
I suppose I must grudgingly hand it to the Dipshit Tech Bros. They are certainly causing that “disruption” they’re always crowing about.
Other things that help regular people are stability and predictability in government (assuming a government which wants the best...); both of which require long-term collaboration between the parties.
When is?
I don’t know if you meant “fossil fuel INdependence” instead of “dependence,” but I think your way is much funnier, intentional or not!
I mean, if you don’t do any research, one could imagine that you might be correct. But the Prius, the Efficient Car Poster Boy, is well below both mean and median new car prices. So are the Accord Hybrid, Civic Hybrid, Camry Hybrid, Corolla Hybrid. All with 50+ MPG. The efficient cars are absolutely not more expensive…
Hey Red-Hat dipshits! Know what would be a great way to keep costs for working folks down?
