Give Me Tacos or Give Me Death

If I had somewhere I could get this thing taken care of, I’d be really interested. But I suspect that’s becoming harder and harder, as the type of people who know how to do this work continue aging out of the workforce and the type of people really into these cars age out of driving. Folks my age (early 40s) are lucky

Counterpoint: yes it is.

“Moron Labe" is some spectacular autocorrect shenanigans.

As long as Tesla is in business with Elon in charge, Tesla will be known for at least one more thing than whatever it’s selling.

I had this happen to me almost 20 years ago trying to leave Las Vegas. And yeah, they only let people off once somebody passed out some four-ish hours into the experience. It was absurd.

We should really, as a society, stop taking the word of *for profit* companies about the potential impacts of what they’re planning to do.  Everything they say should be treated with suspicion.

Amusing that every reply I’ve gotten thus far has been some variation of “I would never fall for it.

Yep. But when Illumina got out into the world, things changed dramatically. The background research never makes it into the public consciousness. Same could be said of RNA vaccines.

On-the-nose names are the worst. Put some effort into it!

So he’s fucking his Lexus and he named it... Lex? That’s very weird, but also very boring at the same time.

Forgot about those ones haha! But I’m not beholden to the V12. Mostly because anything with both (maybe even either?) of those has rocketed so far out of my price range, sadly.

No V12, No Manual, ND

I was really ready to jump to clichés like “no manual, no care” and “the cheapest Ferrari is the most expensive Ferrari” but was honestly kind of curious at this price, as I’ve always loved the 360.

Step 1: Google “4:20"

i missed that, had to go back and check the time. take your star

What’s wrong with being hungry on an afternoon flight? He probably hadn’t eaten since lunch because he knew dinner would be served shortly after takeoff.

lol, right? Like, someone in the United scheduling team; “What time should we make the Amsterdam flight?”

“4:20"

“Ok, 4:20 is good... why are you laughing Carl?”

Right, although something was missing with this person as I would’ve just made dumb Seinfeld-esque jokes with What is the Deal with Business Class Airline Food instead of what really happened.

“For dessert, would you care for a brownie?”

A dude on the 4:20 flight to Amsterdam was super hungry? I couldn’t make that up if I tried.
