came here to say this. Get a manual cpider or coupe and put gransport bits on it. Then go to Formula Dynamics to get the power. Gransport without the trash transmission. Done.

Came here to say this. Mid-aughts automated manual transmissions are garbage when not driven at full chat. Not like a modern DCT that can seamlessly do a school run followed by a spirited commute.

Knowing what you are getting into...this is the exact mileage where I wonder if that huge clutch bill is coming due. 

That transmission is straight trash. I’m sure a manual one would cost more, but you’ll save that much when the transmission breaks. Which it very much will.
