The Whopper is by far the best thing on Burger King's menu and blows McDonald's and Wendy's burgers away. Take away everything that makes it good and dump some gross fucking orange sauce on it and that's supposed to make it better? There are days when I would choose a Whopper over Five Guys or Shake Shack.

I always thought they were okay, but didn’t really follow them... Until I accidentally got Elemental from a CD club because I forgot to send back the decline card...lol. That album blew me away, and to this day it still pops up in my rotation. I can’t wait to hear this new stuff!

I wouldnt say it's a classic, but I liked the first one.  But then, I'd watch Werner Herzog read the phone book.

Yes, I know what you mean. The constant fight scenes didn’t help.

the second film was bad AND the first time i ever thought “wow cruise is starting to look old”

I also was unfamiliar with the character and enjoyed the first movie quite a bit. I thought Cruise was believably badass even though he’s not a big guy.

Lee Child said that. I paraphrase, but he said that Reacher’s size makes him unstoppable, and Cruise has that unstoppability factor but in a different way.

Could be that I was unfamiliar with the character before I saw the movies and had no preconceived notions, but I thought Cruise was great in the role. And I think the first film is a classic. The 2nd was serviceable, and it was likely best they stopped there. I get that Cruise is nowhere near the size of the

Too soon!

And a vaccine.

From a filmmaking perspective, it’s not a good film. The editing is sporadic and jarring, most of the set design is drab and uninspired, there are loose and unnecessary plot threads galore, and most of the performances lean far closer to caricature than actual human beings.

If they’re gonna do it US-style, they NEED Alton Brown. I can’t think of anyone else on television who can handle the Hattori function of “food science and cooking wonk” while still being camera-friendly.

just like with other “recycling” articles, why is the focus not more on finding a more biodegradable or reusable option and cycling out the uber-cheap and non-reusable Styrofoam? We can ask individuals to “reduce, reuse, recycle” until we are blue in the face, but as long as these single-use and non-environmentally

In case you haven’t seen the cancel culture comments from Bobcat Goldthwait

Impressively, there are some baller-ass tracks on 2004's ‘Everybody Loves A Happy Ending.’ The title track and ‘Who Killed Tangerine’ crush it Beatles-style, and ‘Last Days on Earth’ is one of the best things they’ve ever done, while sounding nothing like them. (It’s got a loungy Super Furry Animals vibe.)

I’m incredibly excited to watch this and am rooting for this movie to succeed. I’m a big fan of Kim’s Convenience, a big fan of Simu Liu, a big fan of Awkwafina, and a big fan of the MCU telling more diverse stories.

“...I still cannot find a friggin’ bottle of TB’s Fire sauce anywhere.”

This is SOOOO awesome. I hope every time these shit stains are in public, this is the response. Whistles, bands, screams of “Pedophile!” Awesome!

Freedom 90 is one of the best videos in the history of videos, not just because of the style, but the absolutely bomb of an impact it had on pop culture in general. And he’s not even in it lol
