There are a few Hollywood celebs that I would be really surprised to find out are sexual predators. Steven Seagal is not among them.

Chuck that “Big Tent” crap out the window. It’s just baggage in a place like Alabama. Don’t think what plays in NY, CA, or Oregon has any relevance or utility in Alabama. The Democratic message in Alabama should be 100% jobs and middle class lifestyle. They should hammer the fact the GOP hasn’t got it done in places

You’re a pretty good person. We need more people like you.

So what? The GOP, a party whose SOLE PURPOSE is to make the uber wealthy even wealthier, has convinced po-dunk broke ass peasants to give the feudal lords mo’ money. It’s very simple- trick the stupid people. But don’t try to beat them at chess, shit-chucking apes don’t play that

You’re correct. Theit strategy to win is totally inverted of what it should be. They don’t need to cater to the right. They just have to bring a semblance of sanity and argue left policies effectively which really isn’t hard to do.

He’s 8 points behind you’re talking about this race like he’s down by 40. Trump was down by more than 10 at a time. Let’s use that as motivation.

Yes not trying continues to do wonders for the Democratic Party.

The Democratic leadership know that the only message that might resonate with voters is one of lefty-ish sentiments. And they would rather that Trumpy people get elected than give one fucking inch to what they consider to be Bernie Bros.

With respect, voting is a habit, and a large part of the reason why voting Republican is so habitual in these nooks and crannies of America is quite simply that the Democratic Party has long since decided that they were not going to contest those nooks and crannies.

Please show me the strategy where not trying somehow turns into regaining power.

Yes I’m crazy to think that democrats should at least try to win races.

What’s your point? They are a shitty party that’s why they didn’t run anyone.
