Do you have anything plugged in front USB? If you do plug it in back. I have no issues with my PS5 that has nothing plugged in front. My Moms PS5 had rest mode issues until I unplugged her front USB and plugged it in back. No more problems. You have probably read this fix, but figured Id share if not.

Sony did do BC on PS3. No one used it. The few that did like me realized 90 percent of games aged terribly. It ruined memories of what were awesome games. Some like Metal Gear Solid and the Resident Evil games did age decently while others like Splinter Cell aged pretty bad.
