And in this case the court was right. There was nothing unfair or deceptive about forgetting to tighten the lug nuts, what was just negligence. In this case the mechanic *did* actually rotate the tires, he just did a shitty job at it.

Unfortunately they didn’t. They simply using a more hardy chemistry, but they have not added liquid cooling so the degradation is still there, just not as bad, but still there especially in hot places.

Is it the same battery/thermal management that the first gen Leaf has? If so, I’m out. The first gen Leaf’s (Leaves?) are notorious for battery degradation.
