Dark Souls was released in 2009. It’s completely changed action adventure games. I’m surprised that it didn’t make the list, it seems to fit that Mass Effect 3, zeitgeist button perfectly. 

No. I tried this after the HK debacle and it just never clicked. So far, it’s a two horse race and if you play on Mac, it’s HS or nothing essentially.
