The biggest mistake men make on a date, imo, is trying to get the woman to like you. Being self-conscious and trying too hard to be witty or deep or what have you just comes across as fake. I’ve been curved many a time due to that.
Using moist as an insult....these n*ggas is trash.
But I’m not talking about inviting a random white person- I’m talking about somebody you consider a friend. I just don’t get the idea of being black, having a non-black friend, and then never having them around groups of black people. If that’s the case, why are y’all friends in the first place?
How is this a question an adult asks? If someone tells you that there’s no future for the relationship, take them at their word.
If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the motivation behind keeping the Black spaces separate? I get it re: general white people - we all do that. But how does that work with people you consider friends? I’ve never had many white friends, so I’m not sure if there’s so etiquette that I’m missing.
C’mon, did any of us really believe that anybody involved in the Trump administration will face any lasting social stigma?
Nah, I didn’t.
Going by the example of my white friends, all you’ve got to do is be comfortable and act like you got some sense. It’s not that hard.
BBQs ain’t that serious. If you’re already questioning if your supposed friend will be able to handle the blackness at something as tame as a cookout, then that’s the first sign that you shouldn’t invite them.
I embrace the fact that I can be trash-adjacent. I wouldn’t be a real person if I wasn’t.
1. “Love TKO” by Teddy Pendergrass, because I’ve never seen anyone who wasn’t Black listen to this song.
I’ve never used Bumble, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were trying to finesse people as you suggest.
Yo, cool it on the Rockford shade. That town’s been through enough already.
The word I’d use to describe this finale would be “interesting”.
Thanks, but we can all decide for ourselves what is and isn’t worth caring about.
Yeah, I don’t get it either.
On the folks, I’m shooting any stray dog that comes at me too aggressive.
Concentrated poverty and the legacy of discriminatory housing strategies continue to bite you in yo’ black ass.
What do you mean?
