Voter fraud is a statistical non-issue, but its being used to perpetrate the end of democracy.

I am very much NOT well haha!
It is, honestly, a relief not to wake up wondering what the USA did again overnight...
Similar thing to Australia - the Monarchy as our head of government is the worst but is still unfortunately the best option, simply because no one can really answer the huge number of consequences that would arise in removing it. Once we can, though, I imagine the Commonwealth won’t be around much longer...
Nah, they said “don’t want to”.
I mean, being PoC, queer or trans =/= left leaning, as much as it probably should.
You know I meant George W Bush.
I mean if they’re saying stuff like that, they don’t sound very left wing? :P
Yeah, articles like this (both the ‘failure of a generation’ and the ‘future of a generation’) are generally pointless - the blur between gen X, millennial and gen Z is real (my parents are very young gen X, I’m middle millennial, and my siblings are early gen Z - particularly for millennial and gen z, who are often…
I mean, you’re kidding right? I’m a millennial, with gen Z siblings - they can’t afford a car, there are no jobs, and they can’t afford to move out (or their only options are rental properties located a ridiculous distance from jobs/infrastructure and/or are horrible mould buckets).
I was pretty insulated from his movies growing up (my parents were never interested), but friends were super insistent that we watch (and enjoy) them, claiming they were some kind of artistic genius.
Do you want the guy casually shooting up on a packed tram, the woman who projectile vomited out of a train carriage door as soon as it opened (10/10 for the people waiting who dodged it), the man who went from woman to woman asking inappropriate questions, the kids at the back of the bus who made a flame thrower out…
Right? Sigh.
Have you seen the reports on the Craig Kelly staffer?
Yes, that’s exactly what I thought as soon as I saw it.
I mean it’s definitely still a crime, coerced consent simply is not consent.
Surely the oils produced on your scalp would help too...? It does sound like its going to get rather nasty before it can be fixed :/
I hope her lawyers advise her not to bother - she could be penalised by the court for bringing a frivolous suit, and while I would hope a judge is lenient, here she could end up liable for the legal fees for the defendant...
Tbf you can wander around a fair bit in the Australian parliament, there’s just security at every door or corridor you’re not allowed to enter. If you’re going to be in any of those areas, though, you either have a pass or are accompanied by someone with a pass (and you must sign in and get a tag saying you’re there…
It was a stupid show, but it was also really well received, admired, enjoyed and celebrated both in the US and internationally, by the exact kind of people who ended up electing him.
