This purchase isn’t a “buildup”. Its not aggressive posturing or anything else. Their inventory is filled with antiquated equipment and support structure. Mutli role Flankers + the ability to locally support the fleet allows them to retire some old death traps. Bonus for allowing the retirement of multiple types.
